Smarter Travel Sutton Praised by the BBC

A BBC news report today praised the borough's Smarter Travel Sutton cycling scheme and suggests that other London boroughs and authorities as far as China, Korea and Singapore are looking to the borough's scheme for information on how to implement their own effective Smarter Travel Schemes.
